Baron's true story

Nau de Ícaros Scenic Group and director Marcelo Romagnoli pay homage to the greatest storyteller of absurd adventures in literature: the Baron of Münchausen. They came up with a beautiful, fun and thought-provoking play that can only come to life through theater and circus. The 1988 Terry Gilliam movie serves as a main reference for the visual identity. Cutouts, colors and overlays give life to the playful and absurd Baron creativity, inviting spectators to imagine the unimaginable.
